At Superbrew, we want to make sure your matcha reaches you quickly, safely, and in its freshest form. Please read through our shipping, delivery, and refunds policy for all the details.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please write to us at hello@superbrew.in and our team will assist you with options.
2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. External factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays.
3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee applies to all orders below ₹999. We offer free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts, if any). Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details. You can track the shipment either on our website or directly on the courier partner’s site.
5. Packaging & Handling
All orders are packed with care to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. Superbrew tins are sealed and secured in protective packaging.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. Delivery partners may vary depending on your region.
7. Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to two additional attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, our team will contact you for further instructions.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Please write to hello@superbrew.in at the earliest.

Returns/Exchanges: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered.

Damages/Issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@superbrew.in within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not provided except in the case of a verified issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong product). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
9. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
