• Kagoshima Matcha (Southern Japan) — bold, creamy, and vibrant with a naturally rich flavor profile thanks to its nutrient-dense volcanic soil and extended shading.

Together, they showcase two distinct terroirs and traditions — the sophistication of Kyoto and the depth of Kagoshima — letting you experience the full spectrum of authentic Japanese matcha. Both are chemical-free, preservative-free, micro-milled for a silky texture, and rich in antioxidants and L-theanine for clean energy and calm focus.

Available in 30 g or 50 g tins, the Matcha Duo Collection is perfect for daily rituals, gifting, or tasting side-by-side to discover your favorite.

- Sift 1g matcha for usucha or 3g for koicha or latte into a bowl.
- Add 60ml water for usucha or 30ml for koicha or latte at 75°C.
- Whisk vigorously in a W or zigzag motion for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Enjoy straight or add 120ml milk (hot or iced). Sweeten if desired.
