  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect details, or misuse of our services.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery PIN code and courier partner.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier services, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@superbrew.in within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.
