Kiwami is bold and bright, a fresh, vivid green with a clean, matcha-forward character rounded by natural sweetness and a quiet depth of umami. It holds its full flavour whether whisked with water or poured over milk. Izumi is a blend of four cultivars (Gokou, Okumidori, Samidori and Tsuyuhikari) composed for premium lattes and usucha. It is fragrant and full-bodied, generously sweet, with gentle umami and almost no astringency or bitterness.
