A pairing of heritage and rarity, the Limited Reserve Bundle brings together Asahi and Samidori — two cultivars from the birthplace of matcha — Uji, Kyoto. 

Asahi, revered as “The Noble One,” offers depth, intensity, and a luxuriously velvety body, shaped by extended shading and meticulous cultivation. Samidori, a legacy cultivar refined over decades, delivers a clean, elegant expression with balanced umami and a bright, lingering finish.

Together, they offer a study in contrast — bold and expansive, yet refined and composed. A bundle designed for those who seek the rare and the enduring.

Includes:

• Asahi Matcha (20g)
• Samidori Matcha (20g)

- Sift 1g matcha for usucha or 3g for koicha or latte into a bowl.
- Add 60ml water for usucha or 30ml for koicha or latte at 75°C.
- Whisk vigorously in a W or zigzag motion for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Enjoy straight or add 120ml milk (hot or iced). Sweeten if desired.

- Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
- Keep airtight.
- Temperature and humidity may affect the freshness and texture of the matcha.
- Refrigerate after opening for maximum flavour.
