Asahi from Shirakawa, Uji — revered as “The Noble One” — is among the rarest cultivars in existence. Double-net shaded for 58 days, it reveals deep, lasting umami with notes of dark cocoa and toasted nuts, carried by a luxuriously velvety body.

Samidori from Uji — The Legacy Cultivar — remains central to traditional matcha production. Shaded for extended periods, it develops a rich amino acid profile, delivering clean umami, a silky body, and a bright, elegant finish.

Okumidori from Kagoshima — The Volcanic Green — thrives in mineral-rich soils shaped by volcanic ash. Full-bodied and deeply expressive, it delivers bold umami, layered depth with subtle nuttiness, and a smooth, structured finish defined by its signature vibrancy.

- Sift 1g matcha for usucha or 3g for koicha or latte into a bowl.
- Add 60ml water for usucha or 30ml for koicha or latte at 75°C.
- Whisk vigorously in a W or zigzag motion for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Enjoy straight or add 120ml milk (hot or iced). Sweeten if desired.
